After reading reviews on Yelp, I was wary. But not a fan of that app so wife and I stayed. We were blown away by the service and how nice they were. It is older, but clean and nice. Good free continental breakfast as well. Also a fantastic Mexican restaurant on site. Definitely worth a stay when visiting like us.
Property was great for our 2-day trip! Front Desk worker was very helpful during my check-in process. Location is only a 4 min drive to the downtown area.
Great value. Unfortunately located at a confluence of two highways making it difficult and somewhat scarey to get into the motel as you have to cross three lanes of traffic to make the left turn into the motel.
Very good, breakfast was very good also but servers need to wear hairnets and be more aware when they need to change gloves. I've been around food serving for a few years
The rooms are adequate for a place to sleep and take a shower. Nothing fancy but sufficient. What's more than sufficient is the customer service and staff. I left behind some items in the room and Kim went above and beyond to help. I would stay here again based simply on the honesty and kindness of their staff.
I had a suite over four nights and it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I will be going back and the Prescottonian is highly recommended.
